  • We make every effort to display product colours and descriptions accurately; however, we cannot guarantee that your device screen will display colours exactly as they appear.

3. Pricing & Payments

  • All prices are listed in Great British Pounds £.

  • Prices are subject to change without notice.

  • We reserve the right to correct pricing errors.

  • Payment must be received in full before items are dispatched.

  • We accept payment methods displayed at checkout.

If we identify an error in pricing after your order has been placed, we will contact you before processing.

4. Orders

All custom, special-order, and personalised items are non-returnable and non-refundable, unless faulty.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all spelling, sizing, and design details are correct at the time of ordering.

6. Shipping & Delivery

  • Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers or events beyond our control.

  • Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer upon delivery.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout unless otherwise stated.

7. Returns & Refunds

8. Faulty or Damaged Goods

If you receive a faulty or damaged item, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery. We may request photographic evidence.
